Processing and Shipping

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. If your order cannot ship within 48 hours, you will be contacted by a customer service rep with information about expected delivery date & options that may be available to you.

Orders entered after 12pm Eastern Standard time will not be processed until next business day. If it's an emergency, contact us at 1.800.569.1266 or [email protected]. We do make every effort to accommodate customer needs.

             

Shipping Options

We ship via UPS (Ground, Next Day Air, 2 Day Air & 3 Day Select options); Fedex (Ground, 1st Overnite). Please note that due to carrier constraints, some options may not be available based on your shipping address. Your shipping options are calculated at time of checkout. The shipping cost is based upon the total weight of the order which will be calculated for you during checkout.

While we can make every effort to get your product out the door within one business day, we have no control over how long carriers take to deliver based on your shipping selection.

Tracking your package.

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Return Policy

Our commitment to our customers is to provide the best quality products and service.

  • If you have received defective product, or we have made a mistake in processing your order, please notify our customer service department at 1.800.569.1266 or [email protected] for a return authorization number. Items must be returned to us in new condition, in original packaging within 30 days from the date of invoice. We will replace it or refund 100% of your money within 5 business days of the receipt of the returned item.

  • If you are unhappy with our products for any reason other than defective product / service, you may return the item to us in new condition and in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please contact customer service at 1.800.569.1266 or [email protected] for a return merchandise authorization. Shipping will be at your expense and a 20% restocking fee will be incurred.
